Coffee: the real stuff

Did you know that black coffee is actually good for you!? *** This does not mean that black coffee with cream and sugar and whatever else in it is good for you, this means that straight up plain black coffee is good for you. It can boost your metabolism and help you lose weight while waking you up too!
So instead of going to Starbucks on your way to work, school, home, wherever else, brew a fresh cup of black coffee in the morning before you leave. That way too, you don't have to deal with stopping and worrying about lines and you have a little bit of extra time in the morning too!
See, so this isn't even just healthier, it's also more convenient, easier, and cheaper!
You will thank yourself.
Skip the additives and just go for straight black coffee from now on!

Fruit Salad

FRUIT SALAD!
There isn't a better snack than a fruit salad! Skip the granola bars or chocolate and go for the fruit! It will fill you up for longer, keep you feeling light, and give you more energy and brain power!
In my fruit salad I like to put basically any fruit that I have in my refrigerator (cantaloupe, clementines, apples, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) the more the better!
